The Pirate Boat is a brand new 36-ft speedboat of the Bertram type.

It was built in 2023 to the standards of the world’s best American Bertram offshore fishing boat.

It has electronic equipment of the latest technology for safe and pleasant sea trips.

Our fishing boat is equipped with Sonar, fish finder, radar and GPS. According to its license, it can accommodate up to 12 people. The lounge is fully air conditioned, so you can relax in the cool comfort of the boat’s interior.

It is a fast and safe boat designed to travel on the seas with a large fuel range and speed up to 30 knots, has an air-conditioned saloon, refrigerator, cabin, toilet, sound system.

The business of The Pirate Boat started a few years ago out of Captain Makis’ passion for the sea. Born and raised in Santorini, Makis knows well the marine secrets and sailing is what he does best! In fact, he has been a professional sailman for the last 25 years, since he was 15.

Trip of a life time
Captain Makis & his first mate Ilias ensured that we had an adventure of a life time!!! Captain Makis's local maritime knowledge and boating skills are the best. He knows the waters around Santorini like the back of his hand. Ilias explained a lot of the history and local knowledge that we would have otherwise totally missed. Elephant rocks was our favorite part of the tour. We can't wait to return!!!

Incredible experience - A must in Santorini
Captain Makis & ilia’s made this an amazing experience, we did the sunset tour and it was such an incredible afternoon/ evening. The captain knew all the best spots to take us to and Ilias was very knowledgable in telling us about all the history.
